Placement is the most important evaluation criteria for a college in the minds of the students and their parents. At Bansal, the placement department has set 3 mission for students as we believe that training and student’s development is a continuous process and placement is its culmination.
Mission One: To Prepare Industry Ready Professionals . We make industry ready professionals by giving industry related exposure , practical projects , live training etc. to get enrichment in their course curriculum .
Mission Two: To build stalwart relations with Industry Leaders. We maintain a regular and close contact with our recruiters and other top companies. We organize HR conclaves on a regular basis and other necessary events for the upliftment for the students benefits like industrial visits, providing workshops, collaborations for research and providing industrial training to our students.
Mission Three: To Provide 100% Placement Assistance. Our Complete Talent Transformation and Career Enhancement Programme (TTCEB) works throughout the year to enhance the employability of the students and to provide them a winning edge over others. The key focus areas in student’s development are English communication, Computer skills, Group Discussion Techniques, Aptitude, Mock personal interviews , subject knowledge and confidence building.
The Bansal group is engaged in higher education since last 10 years under the dynamic leadership All our graduating students are externally assessed for employability by M/S Aspiring minds and Cocubes.com in addition to and elitmus etc. In previous batches, students qualified GATE, GMAT, CAT examinations and grabbed excellent placements/PG admissions in India.
